This is a super old set (8 years), that i very spontaneously shot of a friend of mine, when she was visiting my area for a short trip. After seeing my pictures, she sent me a message in the evening, asking if i could spontaneously also shoot such sensual pictures of her. I agreed and went to her hotel. The conditions could not have been worse for a film shoot, super dimm lights, tiny rooms, no more daylight coming in from the windows. I only owned a 210mm lens for my Hasselblad back then, wich under such conditions also is not the best choice. So I had to Push my Tri-X to 1600 ASA. Even though the results are not that bad (hmm ok let´s face it, from nowadays standpoint i hate them), the digital shots of this shoot are the clear winners and look way better. Besides all of that, she came straight out the shower and started freezing during the shoot. But time was limited so we continued shooting. Some things i learned back then: Always have at least one light with me, Tell people to heat the rooms before such a shoot, try to see the location before the shoot and have a 1600 ASA film with me (Ilford Delta 3200).
